（六）4人龙板表演赛项目说明：（本次表演赛不设奖金）

龙板赛最大接受15组参赛队伍报名，如遇超报，以先来后到原则及赛事方协调。

龙板赛分为三轮预赛（每轮5组队伍）一轮决赛。每轮预赛第一名进入决赛。除每轮第一名外，三轮预赛汇总成绩排名前三名进入决赛。

运动员在比赛中采取坐姿或跪姿时不得超过连续5桨，冲过终点线时需全体在板上通过。

4 Persons Dragon Boat Exhibition Game Guide：（No prize money will be given at this exhibition game）The maximum number of participating teams is 15, places will be given according to the registration sequence.There will be 3 rounds of qualification game and 1 round of final. First place in the three qualification games will go into the final, plus three teams that ranked top 3 after the winner of each group during in the qualification.

Athletes are allowed no more than 5 paddles while they are on their knees. All body parts of Athletes need to be on their board to officially pass the finish line.

4人龙板表演赛赛道图与竞速赛500米赛道图相同。

四、参赛对象Participants

1、全国（含港澳台地区）SUP桨板运动爱好者；

National (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) SUP enthusiasts;

2、爱好SUP桨板运动的国际友人。

The international SUP enthusiasts from other countries.

具体要求

Specific requirements

（一）参赛年龄及报名资料：凡年满14—55周岁，持有公安机关核发的第二代身份证原件、有效护照，身体健康者、熟悉水性、能穿救生衣游泳200米以上即可报名参赛；

Age and registration information:age of 14-55 years, hold the original second-generation ID card issued by the public security authority, valid passport, physically fit, familiar with water, and can wear a life jacket to swim more than 200 meters; can participate in the competition

（二）参赛者须签署自愿参赛免责承诺书（见附件）

五、竞赛办法 Competition methods

（一）本次比赛依据本次赛事竞赛规程组织赛事；

The competition is organized according to the competition rules;

（二）SUP桨板全程以站立式划行、落水后上板可以继续比赛但必须以站立式划水，技术赛必须完成所有标点的绕标动作，绕标不完整无竞赛成绩，以站立式通过终点时间少者名次列前。

The SUP paddles paddle in an erect posture during the whole course, and can continue to race on the upper plate after falling into the water. However, the paddles must stand still. All the punctuation marks of the SUP paddles must be completed. The round marks are not completely absent from the competition. Less time ranked better.

（三）如遇恶劣天气影响比赛正常进行的，大会将及时通知运动员，并根据天气形势对比赛进行调整。

In the event of bad weather affecting the competition, the athletes will be notified by the General Assembly.

（四）运动员必须穿救生衣和脚绳并佩戴参赛号码衣参赛，不穿戴者裁判可对其终止比赛。主动申请救援及紧急被动救援均视为放弃比赛。The athlete must wear life jacket，leash and wear the number card to participate in the competition. About non-wearing participant the judges can terminate his match. Taking the initiative to apply for rescue and emergency passive assistance are considered as abandonment of the match

（五）比赛采用分组制，分别举行预赛决赛。选手抽签决定出发顺序，半决赛、决赛出发顺序为上一轮比赛排名的正序出发；出发为间隔出发，间隔时间为60秒。

The game uses a group system to hold the preliminaries，hold preliminaries and final separately. The lottery is used to determine the starting sequence. The starting sequence of the semi-finals and the finals is the positive sequence of the previous round of the competition. The departure is an interval and the interval is 60 seconds.

（六）最终排名依据预赛、决赛；决赛的比赛中，如遇减少轮次导致比赛未能完成，仲裁委员会和裁判长可以按照前一轮的比赛的成绩认定最终排名。

The final rankings are based on the finals and preliminaries. In the event of a final round of matches,If a reduction in the number of rounds causes the race to be incomplete，the arbitration committee and the referee can determine the final ranking according to the results of the previous round.

（七）竞赛具体分组由裁判委员会于赛前抽签决定。

The specific division of the competition shall be determined by drawing lots before the competition.

（八）关于比赛中的“问询”与“抗议”执行中国桨板黄金联赛相关竞赛规定，抗议费200元。关于“申诉”请在成绩正式公布后半小时内进行，申诉费500元；

With regard to the "inquiry" and "protest" in the competition, the China SUP golden league committee has stipulated that the protest fee is 200 yuan. About the “appeal” please be conducted within half an hour after the official announcement of the results. The appeal fee is RMB 500;

（九）凡有违背体育精神、道德行为者，将取消参赛资格和比赛成绩。对此人处以停赛一年的处罚。

Any person who violates the spirit of sportsmanship and morality will be disqualified from participating in the competition and will be suspended for one year.

（十）参赛运动员在本次比赛中的行为举止将被记入国家体育总局水上运动管理中心中国桨板黄金联赛的备忘，为日后报名参加在中国举办的国际、国内重大桨板赛事资格审查时提供信用参考。

The behaviors of the participating athletes in this competition will be recorded in the Chinese Paddle Board Golden League in the Aquatic sports center of the State General Administration of Sport. It will provide credit reference for the future qualifications of the international and domestic major paddle board events held in China.

六、赛事积分说明Event Points

（一）比赛将计算积分。The event will count points

（二）各公开组总成绩前16名获得优胜奖（将2000米竞速、500米技术赛积分相加，如积分相加相同者看2000米成绩，再次相同时看500米成绩，再次相同时按照并列名次）。

Total points TOP 16 in each open group get bonus.

七、比赛装备The equipment

SUP桨板、救生衣、桨由组委会统一提供（可自带桨）、参赛运动员需携带相关救生护具。

SUP boards, life jackets and paddle shall be provided by the organizing committee (with their own paddle).Athletes are required to carry the relevant rescue gear.

八、赛事奖金Event bonus

（一）总成绩奖金(总成绩排名为本次赛事总积分排名）

九、食宿交通和报到地址Accommodation and transportation

参赛人员的所有交通食宿自理,请提前自行安排。

All transportation accommodation for the participants shall be self-provided. Please make your own arrangements in advance.

十、仲裁委员会和裁判员Jury members and judges

仲裁委员会的人员组成和职责，按照国家体育总局《仲裁委员会条例》规定执行。仲裁委员会的裁决是最终裁决。大赛主要裁判员由体育总局水上运动管理中心选派，不足的竞赛辅助裁判和工作人员由承办单位在当地聘请。

The duties of the Arbitration Commission shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Arbitration Commission of the Sports General Administration of China. The Arbitration Commission＇s ruling is final. The main referees of the competition were selected by the China Extreme Sports Association. Insufficient competition assistant referees and staff were recruited locally by the contractor.

1、黄金联赛报名超过两次弃赛，将停止当年年度竞赛资格。（提前7天以邮件形式提交组委会申请除外）

Sign up but quit for more than two times , will be disqualified to the whole year of CSGL.(Except email us 7 days before the race date)

2、参赛运动员须自行购买保险。

Athletes must purchase insurance on their own.

Attachment 1:Voluntary participation disclaimer

1、我完全了解自己的身体状况，确认自己的健康状况良好；没有任何的身体不适或疾病（包括心脏病、风湿心脏病、高血压、脑血管疾病、心肌炎、其他心脏病、冠状动脉病、严重心律不齐、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病、以及不适宜进行休闲皮划艇及SUP桨板运动的疾病），因此我郑重声明，可以正常参加休闲皮划艇及SUP桨板比赛及此项活动。I fully understand my physical condition and make sure I am in good health. Without any physical discomfort or disease (including heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, myocarditis and other heart disease, coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia, too high or too low blood sugar diabetes, and is not suitable for the leisure kayaking and SUP paddle board movement＇s disease), so I solemnly declare that I can participate in the leisure kayaking and SUP game, and this activity.

2、我郑重声明我具备200米游泳能力。I solemnly declare that I have the ability to swim 200 meters.

3、我充分了解本次活动期间的训练或比赛有潜在的危险，以及可能由此而导致的受伤或事故，我会竭尽所能，以对自己的安全负责任的态度参赛。I fully understand this activity during training or competition with potential danger, and may lead to injury or accident, I will do best I can, I am responsible for my own safety

4、我本人愿意遵守本次比赛活动的所有规则规定；如果本人在参赛过程中发现或注意到任何风险或潜在风险，本人将立刻终止参赛并告知赛会裁判员。I am willing to abide by all the rules and regulations of this competition. If I find or notice any risk or potential risk during the competition, I will immediately terminate the competition and inform the judges.

5、我本人及我的合法继承人、代理人、个人代表或亲属将放弃追究赛事组织者对我本人在本次赛事参赛期间造成或导致伤残、人身损失或死亡赔偿的权利。I and my legal heirs, agents, personal representatives or relatives will waive the right of the organizers of the event to inflict or cause damage, personal injury or death compensation to me during the competition.

6、我同意接受主办方在比赛期间提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗，但在医院救治等发生的相关费用由本人负担。I agree to accept the on-site emergency medical treatment provided by the organizers during the competition. However, the expenses incurred in the treatment of the hospital shall be borne by me.
